Usage Errors

Sometimes Zenith may encounter problems getting started. This post discusses ways you can fix these issues.

Common Fixes

Time Synchronisation

If your time is out of sync, or altogether incorrect, you may get a messagebox pop up telling you to fix this.

In order to resolve this, please:
1. Open Windows Settings
2. Head to "Time & language"
3. Head to "Date & time"
4. Enable "set time automatically" if it is not already enabled.
5. Under "Additional settings", press "Sync now".

Then re-launch Zenith. If you're having general issues, doing this is worth giving a shot!

I forgot my password!

You can reset it easily, head to the login page and request for a password reset. If you're struggling, you are free to contact our support team via our Discord server or shoot us an email.

I'm on a new computer!

Please head to the "New Computer" section.
